What this site is

Jasry Digital is my personal website — not a company, not an agency, and not a sales funnel. It is where I publish industry observations, document the methodologies I actually use, and think out loud about cross-border digital marketing between China and global markets.

Why I write here

Most published material on cross-border marketing is either vendor collateral or translated theory. Very little of it describes what happens inside a marketing team when budgets, approval chains, language, search platforms and cultural expectations all pull in different directions. These notes try to fill that gap: what worked, what quietly failed, and the reasoning behind both.

Professional background

I have spent my career in digital marketing and cross-border business — leading overseas digital marketing for B2B manufacturers, running website localization and multilingual SEO programmes, building content and demand-generation systems for markets across Europe, North America and the Middle East, and advising Chinese enterprises on how their brand is received abroad. I work in both Chinese and English business contexts, which is where most of these observations come from.

Why these views are worth your time

• Independent. No platform, agency or vendor pays for placement here, so an assessment can simply be negative.

• Practical. Everything published is grounded in projects I have personally executed or reviewed, including the constraints and the mistakes.

• Specific. Methods, sequencing and trade-offs, rather than trend summaries.

• Open to argument. These are observations, not doctrine — I revise them when the evidence changes.
